Im looking for a baby ground hog form for lifesize mount. Does anyone make one? Id rather not wrap or cast one if I dont have to. He is 13 inches nose to base of tail. Any reply greatly appreciated.

Bill , your going to have to wrap one . Its easier than you think . Thats what a lot of us old timers had to do before they had forms . Rick

I posted a similar question about 2 weeks ago, looking fora juvenile form for a groundhog. The results I came up with were to wrap my own; do some carcass casting, or try to find a similar size rodent form ie arctic ground squirrel and modify. I am still debating which path to follow.,

to wal-mart or a craft store and pick up some of those blocks of dense foam. Trace the side view of the critter, cut it out, then trace the top view and cut it out. Then just round it all out how it should look. Do the same for the arms and legs and even the head.
That is how how I do all my animals, Foxes, Bobcats, etc...
hope it helps.
