Ok here is what I am doing or trying to anyway. I am tired of filling the back feet of animals with clay so what I did was take the skinned out foot, of my Beaver, and covered it with petroleum jelly then pured bondo over it. Let it dry and pulled the foot out. The mold that I now have looks pretty good and I'm thinking about filling it with silicone and seeing if that will work. Also I took the other Beaver foot and pured silicone sealant over it to make the mold that way. I may fill that mold with bondo for a harder foot. Anyone ever done this, and if so, how did it work out? What do you experts think, a waist of time or what?

Charlie, your probably gonna like the bondo foot better. As long as you positioned the foot the way you want it after mounting it will work for you.
