altering a bear form

I am trying to figure out how to alter a black bear form to look as if it is trying to pull an arrow out of it's side eith its mouth. I have checked with all the suppliers and cannot find a form even close. So how would I alter a form to turn its head like this? Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks.

A lot of work

There is not much out there in the way of forms.. So it does make it tuff when you try to do a specialty mount like that.. I hope you charged plenty for this mount.. You are in for alot of work.. How far back is the arrow? Not gunna be easy to find referance pictures for that mount.. So good luck.. It will be easier to turn the bear if the arrow is further back.. Try placing the arrow with it angeling in toward the chest cavity.. Then you can alter most of the front of the bear just a little to make the turn.. Just turning the neck is hard to make the bear look natural..

Good Idea
