I am mounting a two headed calf and need a little stretch in the head area ,and a while back I read where you can get a little stretch when you put your cape in water with fabric softner , about how much can a person look to gain by doing this thanks for your HELP Steve

Steve, I don't think the fabric softener is going to do a lot to increase stretch in the skin. Thinning the skin will and down-sizing the form if necessary of course can make the fit easier. Not seeing your situation, I can imagine that cutting off the head/heads of the form and inserting into the skin might be a help if the problem is getting the skin over the rear of the heads. (Reattatch heads after fitting the skin.) Most problems with stretch can be remedied by thinning the skin down well and proper size manikin. Enjoy, Aaron H.
