Hey all. I just bought a boar piglet from a guy on the forums. I need to know if there is anything "special" I need to do when skinning, fleshing, etc. the whole nine yards. Anyone have any experience with a piglet? I've searched the forums, and nothing. I plan to do a nice carcass cast and then make a nice mold, so I'll be able to offer mannikins to anyone who is in as much need as I am right now.
And I also want to know what eyes to use. I could only find a few pics to go by. Since I know a little German, I searched for wildschwein and came up with this-

And here is the exact pose I will be doing-

Should I just use black bubble eyes? Thanks alot for any help whatsoever in advance. I really need details!

As far as skinning one the skin is very thin. I just skinned one that was 2 days old when it died and trimmed it up with siccors. not much on skin, alot like a squirrel. when do you think you might have cast done as I was going to carve a body.
Bill.
Research Mannikins have nice boar eyes that are pretty small. I believe it's called "stock 180"? Think they go down to 18mm bases. Don't know how small is your small pig though?
