Hey yall I was wondering if you all knew if you can leave the ankle bones in a raw frozen dorsal skinned coon ? I suppose you make a cut down the coon's back to the back of the head then you tube out the legs and I guess you can leave the ankle bone in this way the whole foot with alll of those toes are attached. last of all you would tube out the head and you would cut real close to the eye socket, this way you would get the inner eye membrane and all. You would also skin the ear closest to the skull as possible capturing all inner eye cartillege ? Does this sound right let me know what you guys think.
