Is it legal to possess a porcupine in Wisconsin? If so, how?

just curious, If you read all your regulations, porcupine's are not protected in Wisconsin and can be legally obtained with a hunting or trapping license. If it is a roadkill, then you would need a permit from the DNR. Hope this helps.

Thanks

Len, you know your stuff!
I looked at the DNR's website and didn't ever see porcupines mentioned. I was just curious because a friend of mine says he sees quite a few roadkill porcupines by him.
