ive seen where a guy uses epoxy sculpt on bobcat ears. ive never done this, i usually make my own liners, im curious about epoxy on small mammals, when using this method, does the cartilage need to be removed like with the accu fiber?

using epozy scult you leave the cartilage in so you have some way to form the ears - i use bondo for all mammals

On any animal this epoxy is one of the newest and greatest epoxies for that purpose. You mix up the two parts making spread it on the cartilage reinvert the ear working it all over and shaping the ear. In a matter of minutes it sets up.

Now it doesn't get super hard right of the bat. It takes a day for it to fully cure. If the ear curls by any accident take a hair dryer to it and you can reshape it.
