I know a taxedermist that thinks he has contracted mongellons. He doesn't know what to do and is quite upset. This seems to not only be under his skin but in the walls of the shop. If you can help me understand this, please respond. I investigated some and read that mongellons is spread by diseased animals. Does anyone know anything about Mongellons? HELP!

..taxidermists would be the last on my list to ask. You know doctors actually train to handle things like this. BTW, "mongellon" is not a word I'm even familiar with. Did you mean "morgellon"? and from what I can tell, Morgellons disease in right on the cusp of being hypochondria and myth. The claim is that it's an epizootic disease caused by the morphing of body tissues of people who've suffered Lyme's disease. So if that's the case, how did it get "in his walls"?
I did mean morgellon....typo. The man is a taxidermist. I wonder if working with diseased animals infected him. He definitely has something. If it is hypochondria....why the sores and thread like projections from the skin? The wall part I am confused about. He says there is evidence that these "things" burst out of the wall. He can see little bubbles that have burst on the walls....threads on the floor. I know it sounds crazy...that is why I am asking for help.
or a child molester (same person)
I thought I could get a serious response here through peers/taxidermists. We need help. I was wondering if other taxidermist had encountered skin disorders from handling animals...not sarcasm, thanks for nothing.
One time I thought I caught mono from a beaver but I later found out I was just really bored.
wise their is always smartass's , tell your friend not to wait,go to his doctor, and then to a skin specialist.
Sounds like the stuff coming out of the walls could be something they might be interested in.
This stuff is real. There are more than 2000 individuals registered with this condition throughout the United States. It is believed that there are many more that number with it that have not registered for understandable various reasons. The numbers are growing, particularly among Nurses and other Health Care Professinals and those around water, lakes and soil! It is being studied by some Doctors, although it is not easy to find one that will take the time to listen. Quite frankly, I think it scares them to death. They don't want to catch it or be in trouble with the State Boards of Medicine and Insurance Companies for treating something that is not yet in the medical books or insurance diagnostic lists. The CDC is aware of the condition, but has not acted on their own, yet. e-mail them, if you don't believe me. The condition has been on television and other media about two dozen times in the last year or two. I have had it for close to a year now. I have had the symptoms you mention, plus many more. Ther is hope! I am currently about 80% symptom free. Have your friend go to www.morgellons.org for real help and understanding. He can just read if he so desires. There are several other websites that sufferers use, but that is a start. Many of the other sites do not call the condition Morgellons, because there are other theories for what other pathogens are involved. Most believe that it is not just one thing and must be treated in multiple ways. All supportive conditions must be treated or it returns. Some have been cured, but it is a long process, probably a year minimum. Better Health to Fellow Sufferers!
Thanks......He is taking this seriously. What are you doing for relief? I have read that garlic, clove, and vinegar helps. Are you taking supplements? I wish you had left an email address so that I could email you directly.
Separate e-mail sent. If you don't get it, you can get my e-mail by registering at the morgellons.org website.
