Which is better,skinning a squirrel's leg all the way down to their toes, or can you just skin them down to their ankle/wrist and make an cut on the bottom of their paw and get the meat off their feet that way? Are they both just as effective?Thanks again!

Go down the leg. You don't want to ruin the pads and the joint between the form and the "fingers" needs to be smooth. Plus you would just have another cut to sew up.
