What do you mean by dry tan. Any tan is either a rubbed on or it sits in a vat and soaks. So not sure what your after.
But are you asking about DP. It's a powdered that gets rubbed on the flesh side. If that's it, well hate to say it but that's not a tan.

It's DP your asking for and there many recipes for that. Just hit the seach button and type that question in.
Besides that it's not a tan at all.
