Hello everyone,
I have a quick question? I am altering a bear form from larger to smaller. Do I reassemble using bondo or urethane foam? Thank yo so much!

If your pieces fit close, you can use bondo. If gaps are bigger,it's usually better to use foam.I hollow the pieces slightly to make a shallow space between them.I hold them together with 6"deck screws, cover cracks with duct tape, then cut a pour hole for the foam. The pieces have to be held together securely with the screws because the foam creates a lot of pressure.Make sure your pour hole isn't too small. If the foam starts to rise as you are pouring,it will plug the hole before you get it all in and your cup will runneth over.Good luck.
