Looks like an Ocelot which are Illegal to sell unless it was taken before 1972.

Ocelot is what it is, Servals have solid marks, these are bordered.

whoever got it got it for a song....but that's what gripes me about Ebay these days - they leave stuff like this alone (which is still for the most part illegal to sell anywhere in the world) but kill my auction for a domestic cat skull...go figure!
