I skinned my first DORSAl coyote and ...wow...how uneasy i was at this unfimilar method of skinning.

What is a good method to skin dorsal?

Took me three hours to skin<><<><
Took four hours to mount<><>< in a sitting open mouth.(but i made several trips form shop to basement and back repeatedly. My kid was sick and had hiim sleeping by the wood stove, so I mounted this one on the card table next to him while sleeping.

It's been awhile since I timed myself on a coyote but I was thinking about 2 hours.I don't tan but send to a commercial tannery,so I'm probably not doing as much to them as you are.2 hours 45 min. sounds not bad to me.
