It can be fixed by a competent taxidermist.It would be ideal to contact a bobcat trapper,early in the season and have him save a foot from one.Some of these are sold for fur and the feet aren't needed.You might also check moscowhideandfur.com.Sometimes they have misc. parts already tanned.Looks like a big cat.I think it would be worth fixing.
