My otter will not dry

I mounted a otter the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. It was commercially tanned. It does'nt seem to be drying. I've had a fan on it for a week now & it does'nt seem to be getting any better. I used a WASCO flexie form (which I don't like) & I can still move the skin alot...more than I think I should be able to. How long does it take, on average, for these jokers to dry?
Thanks

gonna be a long day. Did you rehydrate it? If not then its dry. And thats the reason it move everywhere. No hide paste to hold to form.
Oh never mind It will be to long of a thread.
