George, it's been 3 weeks in the water, with 2 changes, always submerged & in a heated area (over 75 degrees F) and some of the claws just won't pop off. I even tried prying them off with forceps. The stink is bad. Is there a way I can "jump start" the stubborn claws? Maybe drill a tiny hole on the underside of each? It seems that the natural "seam" on the underside is the key to getting a claw to pop off, so maybe if I split the seam just a little? Will that hurt the outcome? I'm trying to make a very long-lasting item here, with no smell.
