I have 2 bobcats, 1 that I want to get taxidermied and 1 that I am wanting to sell, but I don't know how to measure them. Could someone please tell me how to measure them. I see 3 measurements, so I need to know about all 3. Does it matter if they have been frozen whole when you measure them or not as well?
Thanks,
Emerson

Measure from inside corner of eye to the tip of the nose for one measurement, then from the tip of the nose to the base of the tail for the legnth measurement, then measure around the belly at its largest for the girth measurement. The measurements are taken from the carcass before it is skinned so it is ok to measure them in the state you have them.
Thanks a million Dean, that is exactly what I needed to know.
Have a great new year!
