Bear mount critique please

I just finished mounting this bear. I haven't done any finish work so right now I'm mainly worried that my eyes may be off or they don't have the right expression (relaxed\content). I used reference pictures while doing this, but I'm sure you can related when I say I looked at them so long that what I had done started to look like the pictures even though it may be off :-) Figure the best way is to have peers and fresh eyes take a look.

This is my first bear so be gentle! LOL!

Yeah, the real nose what freezer burnt and I didn't feel like messing with it.

I would like to see the mount when finished. trying to assess a mount when carded, un-detailed is not practical. It's like looking at your car in a body shop, and trying to see how it will look when done. I will say if you tend the eyes, and they do not change muck, you have captured the right expression for a passive bear
