Fellow taxidermists, what have some of you used to fill in excess space between the skin and body of a bobcat? The stomach size of the form isn't accurate which leaves extra skin around the mid-section. We have tossed around ideas but I would love to hear some other ideas. Bottom line here, my husband bought the form too small and we are making it work. Thanks in advance. Shelley in Oklahoma

Have you had the idea of cutting sections of foam off and then moving them out as far as you need and then filling in the gaps by pouring foam? IF you do this be sure you don't just cut one section and move it out. Your preportions would be off which would make the cat look odd. There's a good section in the Breakthrough Mammal instruction book about form modifcations.
you should be able to tuck the excess skin into your relief cuts for the back legs unless the the form is real bad off.
