DOES ANYBODY HAVE A SUGGESTION ON A FASTER METHOD OF FINISHING THE INSIDE OF BEAR MOUTHS.SOMETIMES I MAKE A DEEPER CHANNEL FOR THE JAWSET TO GO FARTHER BACK IN THE THROAT AND THEN WHEN I DO THE EPOXY WORK I PULL THE JAW SET FORWARD INTO IT,OR SANDING THE INSIDE OF THE FORM EXTREMELY SMOOTH AND CUTTING THE LIP AT THE LIP LINE AND FEATHERING WITH A SMALL AMOUNT OF EPOXY OVER THE EDGE.I HATE THIS PART WITH A PASSION SOMEBODY MUST HAVE A BETTER WAY..
ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE APPRECIATED

The only way for commercial work.
finishing off an open mouth bear should only take a few minuets. I cement the jawset in place and tuck the skin under it. To finish I slightly thin Epoaie Sculpt. and give it a wipe. then add texture with a crinkled papet towel.
George, Your old age is making you lazy. not that mine is not, why give a supplier 70 to 80 bucks for something you can do yourself. I know charge the customer. But I am charging the same Just putting 50 more in my pocket.
And put $150 in my pocket. LOL
Started using the change out heads with the cast lip system. I do charge for it accordingly. Best part is the time saved is enormous for me. cut the nose off, cut the lips off, paint it before installation. In my humble opinion looks a whole lot better than a mouth cup. Did you try one George? Every once in awhile something comes along that truley makes life simpler and actually improves quality unlike cutting corners witch usually leads to lesser quality.
what system is it that you are using do you mean McKenzie?
