OK to dry out Krowtann 2000?

Hi All,

May be purchasing a wolf tanned with krowtann 2000. I do not have the freezer space for it, but want to mount it lifesize. Is it possible to have the taxidermist im purchasing from dry it out and then send it to me? Will I be able to re-hydrate in a few months in warm water, salt, and Kemal 4?
