I'm not sure what you are calling parasites, But any kind of bug, tick or cooties should be dead after being in the freezer for 3 months. Like in deer season, sometimes I'll take a tick-infested deer, cape it out and throw in the freezer for a week or two, to kill all the ticks and louses. then I could flesh it(turn lips, nose, eyes, and ears) a little bit safer. I'm not sure about you, but soon as I have a tick on me and get it off, every little twitch, or anything that feels like a bug on me, I'm tearing clothes off to look for bugs. But, I think you should be pretty safe with your yote!

freezing will not ness. kill flea eggs ,it will kill only the live fleas, neither will the salt brine you need the pickleing sol. to guarantee getting rid of the fleas ,many such critters are able to survive this way,get it into pickle sol. soon as you can
and spray down your work shop after (really well) ,eggs falling off the carcass will hatch later and infect EVERYTHING and maybe even you ,beleive me this is from expirience LOL
i get the creepy crawlys every time i think bout what happened to me
I never cape anything till its frozen a week or two I cant stand the thought of ticks or any bug for that matter. When I see one on me I cant do anything the whole day without searching my self for bugs so i dont cape anything thats fresh.
a couple of years ago a friend brought me a deer covered with ticks. i don't know how many i got of me while i was skinning it but i missed one in my armpit. the result was a stay in the hospitel for 4 days with a bad case of rocky mountain spotted fever. i always freeze them first for a couple of weeks now unless there isn't many ticks on them.
