You need to take a 1/4" drill bit or a any other round, square tip for your dremal tool. Take this and make a releave cut into those areas that are together.
You need to do this to get the skin into those areas so the skin can be tucked in. Make it deep enough to accept all of the skin so you don't have rools in it and you can then get you skin to come around so you can sew it together.
