How much of the bone can I cut out or remove once I basically get the paw turned? Thank You

You should remove all the bone ,right to the last joint @ the claws.The skin @ the claws is thin if you turn all the way. I've found , that if you separate the toe bones,clamp them one @ a time in a vise its easier to hold a little presure on the hide while turning.A small scalple or cutting pliers/ shears works well for separating the last joint.
