Litte Wild Hog

I caught a very small wild hog this morning in a trap set for coyote. I am considering attempting to mount it as I think it would make a really unique mount. But, can't find any forms in any of the catalogs for basically a piglet. Does anyone know where I could get a form? I didn't see anything in Van Dykes, McKenzie or WASCO. Or does anyone have any suggestions as to other alternatives? What type of incision should I use? Dorsal, ventral? Thanks for any help.

I have a few tiny wild piglets myself and body casting or wapped body looks the way to go. I took a refrence cast of the faces also. I used different skinning cuts depending on each mounts position.
