Up at 6 am working on a skunk, by 6.30 I feel the days was shot... too many holes in the ears!
I have tried stop rot, injections, paitence...but
too many ears get holes in them(coyote, fox, badger, coon) when turning.

I am furstrated, Does someone have suggestion?

Is there a "guatiar pick: thig-a-ma-jig- to use as a 'themb nail' to seperated ear and cartiledge? or other ?

Signed: EAR VENTing in Colorado

On the little guys, I inject them with Stop Rot and card

On the bobcats, foxes, yotes and other critters however, it's just slow going. I use my index finger to push the ear toward inverting and use the scalpel judiciously to insure it happens easily.

Small game ears can be turned with patience and a single edge razor blade.
