BEAR HEAD

I have a open mouth bear head. The guy wants it panting. Dose any one know what i should do? where should i cut to close the mouth OR should i buy a exchange head. I would like the challenge and see if i can do it and if i can't i will buy the exchange head.

Look at the anatomy.

The jaw hinges where it attaches to the skull which is under the ear generally. Try it yourself, its valuble experience, if you dont like the results you can always buy the changeout head.
