Life size Ram

Getting ready to go on a ram hunt. Want to do a life size. On small mammals I prefer dorsal incision. What is the best for deer and ram size. They will be standing.

I prefer the dorsal cut its saves alot of time & stress ,even if its a belly cut i sew it up first then dorsal cut it.
