I would check out special effects websites. They would be able to help you much more. This is after all a taxidermy site (not saying people wouldn't know here, but would rather deal with related topics). The FX sites are filled with people who actually made those type of costumes and what not. http://www.theeffectslab.com is a good one to go to. Depending on what your experience level is with latex foam and sculpting, it could be an easy answer. If you're just starting, then it might be a lot more complicated than you think it will be.
