I made a mold and cast an object (using about a gallon) and I want to sand on it and return it to its shiny, transparent condition. Can I use a blow torch to heat it up and will that return it to the condition I mentioned? Thanks for the tip.

A blow torch will make a nice fire . Resin is flammable . If you want it shiny , you have to wet sand it and compound it . Rick
