may not be the best way to get it off but it does work, just be sure to wash hands thoroughly when through because it may blister.

Water

Not much will take it off. Lacquar thinner will take it off if it just kicked and is still curing. I've soaked my hands in warm water or took a long shower(or swimming) until my fingers start to wrinlkle. Then it scrubs off and loosens from the skin. I'm sure a little skin goes with it.In a day or so it's back to normal.
