I am looking for some dome shaped molds to make cement lady bugs. Bowls you buy in the store have flat bottoms and I am looking for a something that isn't flat.

How about an old Globe from a garage sale or buy a new one. Cut it in half and line it with plastic or something so you can reuse it. It might work
You can use a round balloon. apply some release agent to the balloon. Then brush on some latex, urethane or silicone. Pop the balloon and remove it after you complete your rubber (and mother)mold. Call me if you would like to discuss further. 773-927-3484
