Are you talking about the faux skulls? Ones you attach sheds on to?
If so, it is a urethane two part poly like pour-a-cast or smooth ons stuff. There are others as well.
You can get different colors like tan, light brown, white and I belive other colors.
I was thinking more like WASCO's Sportmen Series antlers mannikins. Pete
