Where can I buy White Bondo hardner? I've found many places on the net but they want $5-$8 to ship a $3 tube. I was hoping someone would know a chain store that sold them.

Page 78. # DB53. The white hardener will act a little different. Get to know and love your supply companies. You can order it with other stuff and lower the shipping for one tube.
Try autozone or your local automotive store they should be able to get it or go to a body shop.
