DECOY MAKING?

From what i have read so far there are a few ppl on this forum with knowledge of making decoys... I am looking for a way to make goose shell decoy, and goose floating decoys... But not with the expandable EPS beads, i am looking for a way to make decoys from polyethelene, what materials are required and what processes are required i.e. rotational molding, injection molding, blow molding? i have been trying to research what techniques are used to make decoys but have been unable to find a good artilce detailing the work... And before anyone blasts me for copying decoys, i have my own set of carved decoys to mold from and yes i carved them... ive read the majority of the forum posts but everyones reply has been "read the forums the answer is there" well its not so id like to open a topic that discuss the above techniques of production... if anyone has any information on making goose shells, injection molding, blow molding, rotational molding, or anything invloved with these topics they think will be helpful please email Matt at oger18@hotmail.com, i currently work as a mechanical engineer, but have yet to obtain experience with plastics, so all help will be uch appreciated

i am in the same boat as you are KSGOOSEKILLR. i need to make a mold of the goose. i have been looking at injection molding, blow molding, and rotational molding. im looking to make full bodys and floaters. all i know is that if you want a solid plastic decoy you would want to go with injection molding. for me i want hallow decoys and i am looking around for someone that could rotational mold or blow mold to create my decoys.
