I have a short piece of gator hide (13"X 22") that was road kill and is flattened. Its just big enough to make a small quiver out of. I have it salted down right now. What is the best thing to tan it with or make pliable and last as leather.I figured I would contact cement a piece of wool on the inside and roll as a tube and sew it up when done. Thanks for any help, Hills
