I have been trying to find a tail about 3 to 4 inches long to put inside my fiddle. I have only run across one rattler this year and it was much too large for my purpose and it got away any how. I see plenty of copper heads but no rattlers lately.
I wonder if you have one for sale and how much? I did kill a mojave rattler last summer while on a training mission for VA. National Guard but the tail and head were stolen during the night by some creature I guess. I put them up on the fuel tank of my 6 x 6 truck but it didn't help.
