Make sure it's the hard variety - not the sponge stuff. Most fiberglass suppliers carry it. Look on google for it - I was at a site the other night (which I can't remember the name of now - grrrr) but they even had the stuff that is designed specifically for taxidermy.
Searching google and enterring the words 'expanding foam taxidermy' should yield good results. Maybe Tom or someone else knows where to find it?
