I was wondering if anyone had any snapping turtle heads that they would be willing to sell? I want to try to preserve them and try some different ideas I have for taxidermy on them. Preferably, I would like them already pickled or something so they did not stink. I wanted to make a mount like those of the alligator heads that are everywhere, but of a turtle head instead. Does anyone have any ideas of how to do this or any heads to sell? Is this a hard process for an amateur to due?
