I've done some small mammal taxidermy and I just got a baby alligator that I want to mount but I don't know anything about reptiles. I also don't have much time to work on it. The fastest and most efficiant advice would be great. Thanks.

It aint fast and it aint easy, especially your first one. It is a time concuming tedious job and not be be done quickly in a short period of time. There is a lot of time spent cleaning the bone and tissue out of the head area alone. Get the video from WETNWILD carried by WASCO and Noonkester, it is done on a closed mouth 4 footer, and shows every cut and scrape from start to finish
i have it and have used all the info in it it is a very descriptive video and help me alot ,
