Buy the kit, and then use a ventral incision down the belly to the anal vent( ass). The cut the attaching anal muscles to relase the skin at this point . Release the skin all arould the backbone and then strip the skin off. If you want the head attached, then thats another story.cant tell you in 2 minutes how to do this, and if it is a vanenous snake, It would take longer. Get the wetnwild snake mount video from WASCO, and it will cover it up close and personal
