I have noticed several closed mouth snake mounts that have a tounge. How do you make one or where do you buy them.I can't find any in the taxidermy suppliers.

Using thr real tongue. Take the tongue and inject some preserve it itno the tongue til;; inflated. then put it on a piece of wax paper and pin it till dry or put between two pieces and clip together to stop it from curling. Then when dry, give it a coat or two of modge-podge till you build up thew fleshy outside appearance. Install and you are all set
