I have a taxidermied common snapping turtle currently in my possession that I'd like to be able to fix. The head has become disconnected at the carapace, and the rip in the skin extends down its neck going about 180' around the neck. Any suggestions on how to fix it? Should I use a glue, and if so, what kind?

should do the trick
Shell is hollow ,put some foam in it so that the head and skin have a solid background you can use the epoxy to glue to it, then repair the crakcs blending in in with sculp all and repaint.
