I posted a message last week looking for a Sidewinder Rattler. I have since found out that they are totally protected. It is interesting that I got an offer from njitom festus ngwa for a medium Sidewinder for $130.00. I ran an IP check and the guy is from somewhere in the Netherlands(Amsterdam). Sounds and smells like a scam to me. His messages are full of misspellings, which is characteristic of scammers. Think I'll pass on the offer.

Although Sidewinders are not protected in Arizona (you can harvest 4/year with a General Hunting license). They are illegal to sell, as with all Arizona wildlife. You can sell rattlesnake parts, just not the whole animal (dead or alive).
Kerby...
Kely Williams is right! How dare you! Lucky for you HE was " browsing through this side" or else "you could have been deforming some bodies character"! Obviously you did not know that "i am graduate in the US"
I guess that he taught you a lesson that you'll not soon forget!
Now we know any good Taxidermist would not want to deform anyones body. Maybe the form didn't fit or the skin was out of wack-stretched too much in the skinning process-or the tan didn't take and there was slippage.?
