i just came back from a hunting trip and their were cottonmouths every were. i have skinned it and now i dont know wht to to. im not goin be able to buy a kit cause im only 15 and im broke. i want the skin to be like leather real plyable. thx for ur advice.

If you click above on suppliers, you can locate WASCO which sells various forms of reptile tans. You are 15 and broke, but for under $20.00 you can order supplies and do it the right way the first time. Mow a lawn tommorrow afternoon and then order on-line.

PA makes a good point but just in case somebody didn't tell you, place the skin in a plastic bag and freeze it until you have the time or money to do what you want with it. Good Luck.
