OK, I searched the archives on snake tanning vs preserving. I want to make a good wall hanger out of a rattler. He's whole in the freezer now. I want to go the tanning route and was wondering if Syn Tan would work (because I have some on hand). If so, should I pickle for a little while with Saftee Acid first? I know someone will suggest buying a Snake Tan kit, but I've got too many chemicals and concoctions around to bother putting more on my shelf. This isn't for a customer.
