WASCO sells small mammal tanning kits. I think lutan F is the tan that comes in them. You get everything you need other than salt and baking soda. I cant say I have had any trouble with them, they work fine for me.

All that you will need is just Liqua Tan, Two ways to choose
from, Salt Pickle the skin or Acid Pickle them. You may
want to get a bottle of Liqua Soft and use for softening.
Both chemicals come in Pint sizes for small projects.
