I tried again and you haven't responded so I don't know if your receiving my e-mail.But to answer you question when you thaw out you hides they will be fine.Just don't allow them to lay in water from ice that sometimes forms in the bag.If you keep you hides from becoming warm, wet, and dark it will be difficult for bacteria to grow. Also body fluids are the worst sources of moisture bacteria trive in them.So just process them promptly after thawing and you should have any problem.Oh yeah that reminds me I have a Fallow hide thawing in the basement got to go.Hope this helps.

Thanks
