Any ideas on how to remove picth(tree sap) from a cape that
is already mounted? Just finished mounting an Elk and found
a couple spots that are all stuck together when I was combing
it out.

You can try pine sol. Not sure what it might do to the hair. I use it to take the pitch off my hands. Try a small spot first.
